In the event you should cancel this rental, a cancellation fee of Five Hundred dollars ($500) is non-refundable.
If the cancellation is made within sixty (60) days of executing this Agreement the remaining balance less $500 will be returned to you. If the rental is cancelled after sixty (60) days, the whole deposit / monies paid becomes non-refundable.
